While we will notify you of major updates, we recommend that you
visit our website or use the 'connect to web and check for updates'
facility within the programs (accessed via the spanner icon)
regularly to ensure you have the latest release.

In order to ensure the best possible customer service we aim to
release regular service packs as necessary throughout the
year to rectify any issues that we become aware of that require
urgent attention.
Trial version to full licence
If you have recently purchased PTP software and were running in
trial mode you will find your registration codes attached to your
invoice. Click on the Spanner icon from the main toolbar and select
the 'Registration' tab to enter your full licence registration
codes.
